Mold is gone now.... but so is the toilet, shower, ect...
Down to the studs.
I dream of the day we don't have to share the kids bathroom with them anymore (4 boys and 1 girl? yeah......) Needless to say it can only stay clean for about..... 10 minutes. :-)

Wow! I have to say it makes me feel better about all the money we're spending on our fixer-upper. But I'm sorry to hear about such a headache. You're yard pictures look beautiful! I hope we can make ours look that good. Right now, it looks like a graveyard from all the tree-cutting, deck-demolishing and lack of grass.
